Simon is our Director at Bluemont Consulting in Hong Kong. He has been working in recruitment and executive search since 2014.
He has mainly recruited in the corporate governance space with a core focus and specialism within compliance and financial crime. He has additionally placed within risk management, treasury and audit for many of the leading banks, asset management, insurance, payments and securities companies.
Prior to joining Bluemont, Simon was with a regional executive search firm giving him extensive experience in recruitment across jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Dubai. He has developed long-term relationships within the financial services industry and is able to leverage his network across the APAC region.
Simon is a BA Hon’s International Business graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University and speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
