Having settled in Hong Kong in 2016 and grown successful operations for Stirling Andersen, Tom was involved in a management buyout in 2018 for the Hong Kong operations and founded Bluemont Consulting. He is responsible for the management of Bluemont’s Hong Kong operations whilst recruiting from the front, specialising in Senior appointments for the Banking and Insurance sectors.
