Core Responsibilities
- Partner with senior brokers to design and implement tailored employee benefits packages for corporate clients
- Drive the end-to-end insurance placement process, ensuring seamless program administration
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and insurers, managing inquiries and facilitating claims resolution
- Craft compelling client proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition
- Continuously expand market knowledge through dedicated learning and development programs
- Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree required, with insurance-related certifications being a plus
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in life and medical insurance, gained either at a brokerage firm or insurance carrier
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a proven track record of stakeholder management
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative spirit with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Chinese word processing applications
- Superior bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese), both written and verbal
