Position Overview
Join our business development team to drive sales initiatives for Group Life and Medical Products aligned with our company's growth strategy. In this role, you'll promote employee benefits solutions to corporate clients through multiple channels and manage key producer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefits) to corporate clients via brokers, company agency, and direct channels
- Develop and maintain broker and agent relationships
- Manage daily quotation processes for Group Life and Medical products through established channels
- Deliver exceptional service to partners to deepen market penetration and drive new sales growth
- Contribute to marketing projects and activities, including events and product development initiatives
- University degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance products sales (candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Executive/Officer grade)
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 certification required
- Experience working with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits preferred
- Background in Human Resources or agent sales considered valuable
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong people management capabilities with team leadership experience
- Results-oriented with self-motivation and ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
- Native Cantonese speaker with fluency in English and Mandarin
