- Consult with clients to assess their group medical insurance needs and understand their budgetary constraints.
- Research and analyze insurance policies from various providers to identify the most suitable options for clients.
- Present insurance proposals to clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Assist clients with enrollment processes, including paperwork and online portals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating claims processing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- IIQE Qualifications or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably with a focus on Group Medical insurance.
- Excellent knowledge of group medical insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex insurance policies and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance brokerage software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
