The Corporate Account Manager effectively manages a portfolio of Commercial and MNC clients for Employee Benefits, ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are identified and met.
This will include responsibility for Account Management of existing MNC clients whilst contributing to the overall growth of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Describing insurable risk to your clients, designing appropriate insurance solutions and negotiating and managing the best deal in the global insurance market for them.
- Regional coordination with existing clients as well as broker partners globally.
- Managing relationships with underwriting partners.
- Claims analysis and Reporting.
- To help identify, organise and facilitate client wellness days and other onsite initiatives with customers aimed at strengthening client relationships.
- To identify any negative feedback within the customer base so that it can be solved in a proactive manner.
- To conduct quarterly, half yearly and annual reviews with each customer in terms of their customer experience, gather feedback and assess the client’s general views.
- Providing mentoring and coaching to more junior employees.
- Driving growth opportunities.
- Promoting the companies brand within the local business community, the region and nationally.

- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years’ insurance industry experience
- Strong account management experience gained within Health/Medical Corporate level insurance
- A proven track record of delivering both financial and operational results
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition
