Job Description
- Experience in investment banking project / change management with middle-back office, would be excellent if candidates possess front to back intersystem feed experience and knowledge with Derivatives Settlement systems workflow highly preferred
- Candidate is to support data feed enhancements in derivatives settlement system
- The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst job category is to lead and execute analysis activity for one or more programmes. They may be located in a variety of areas of the bank, they may be located in projects as well as in established BAU teams. It is possible that the Business Analyst works on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Managing the capture, analysis and documentation of business process (including IT processes)
- Designing solutions or change interventions
- Oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Manage or collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication
- Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
- Managing implementation of solutions
- Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
- Budget management and forecasting
- Management of external service providers
