- Achieve the business growth and profit objectives of the key broker account business portfolio
- Establish and maintain close relationship with key broker account and clients to maintain, explore and develop business opportunities
- Evaluate risks and provide sound advice and services to direct customer (add)
- Perform the role of underwriter – identify potential risks in order to provide best possible coverage to customer in accordance with Company’s underwriting policy
- Ensure all business to be written in accordance with respective acceptance authority and seek for appropriate reinsurance support or referral when necessary
- Support supervisors in business development, pricing, promotion, sales and distribution channels of the business
- Support supervisor to monitor the team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of daily operation, including corporate credit policy, standard on turnaround time and accuracy requirement
- Support supervisor to lead the team and provide technical advice or guidance to subordinates
- Degree holder preferably in insurance or business-related disciplines
- Holder or in progress of professional insurance qualification such as ANZIIF or ACII
- At least 8 years of experience in general insurance in which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Knowledgeable in general insurance underwriting
- Solid experience in account management
- Excellent customer services, supervisory, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking, result-driven, customer-centric with strong business acumen
- Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
