Lead our Accident & Health (A&H) portfolio strategy while managing a dedicated team focused on growth and retention across both Group and Individual business lines in Hong Kong. This key leadership role reports directly to the A&H Team Lead and drives producer relationships while ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead business growth initiatives and champion the Employee Benefits and Group Life product suite
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with producers (brokers/agents) to promote and retain Group Life and Medical products
- Lead the quotation and renewal process for corporate clients, with special focus on major accounts
- Drive sales negotiations and guide your team to secure business within target parameters
- Deepen producer relationships to increase business penetration across all product lines
- Collaborate on product development, marketing initiatives, and strategic events
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
- 10+ years insurance distribution experience with minimum 5 years in sales management
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 certification required
- Experience working with broker and agent channels for Employee Benefits preferred
- Human Resources or agent sales background considered valuable
- Deep understanding of insurance product lifecycles and market dynamics
- Proven ability to lead sales teams to achieve targets while maintaining portfolio profitability
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
- Experience in Underwriting or Risk/Product Management a plus
